About the role:
This role involves providing tailored support to a select group of students identified by the school as needing additional assistance. You’ll work closely with the inclusion team to help pupils re-engage with their education and reinforce positive behaviours.

• Confidence in working with disengaged pupils.
• Strong behaviour management skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to build rapport and adapt to the needs of students with varying abilities and backgrounds.
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
