Behaviour Support Assistant – Wigan

About the role:
This role involves providing tailored support to a select group of students identified by the school as needing additional assistance. You’ll work closely with the inclusion team to help pupils re-engage with their education and reinforce positive behaviours.
Key requirements:
- Confidence in working with disengaged pupils.
- Strong behaviour management skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to build rapport and adapt to the needs of students with varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
