Job description

Our client secondary schools based in Wigan are seeking additional Teaching Assistants to ensure they have a continuous workforce.

  • Flexible TA roles available to suit availability.
  • Work to start ASAP
  • Earn £84 - 100 per day, depending on experience
  • Must be available between 2-5 days a week
  • Opportunity to work in a variety of different schools across the area of Wigan.
  • Managing behaviour and ensuring tasks are completed by pupils.
  • Working alongside senior teachers to improve attainment across a range of abilities.

Our client schools are located across Wigan with access from surrounding areas via the M6, A577, A580. For non-drivers, the schools can be accessed by a number of public transport links from surrounding areas of Greater Manchester, Wigan, Bolton.

Applicants must have previous experience working within secondary education and/or a degree.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
