SEN Teaching Assistant
Job description

Teaching Personnel are partnered with several exceptional Secondary Schools based in Warrington and are hiring multiple highly motivated graduates to work with students aged 11-16.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering lessons and managing student behaviour.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help students with special educational needs or those requiring additional support.
- Supervise students during class, breaks, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to monitor student progress and address concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
