Position: Teaching Assistant (Full-time or Part-time)
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full-time or Part-time, usually 08:30 to 15:30 (times may vary)
Pay: £12.90 per hour - Term time only
Note: Permanent roles available after a probation period.

At Teaching Personnel, we team up with amazing schools that focus on supporting students with SEN/SEMH. Our learners have a range of needs, like Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and more, and some may need special care like feeding tubes or wheelchair assistance.

  • Experience in SEN/SEMH settings (whether personal or professional).
  • A genuine enthusiasm for helping students thrive.
  • Team spirit and commitment to embracing diverse needs.
  • Good people skills and reliability.
  • A willingness to take on challenges and grow.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
