SEN Teaching Assistant

Position Details:
- Hours: 8:45am to 3:15pm, offering a conducive work-life balance.
- Full-time position, but part-time availability will also be considered.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Hold a GCSE level or equivalent with C and above in Maths and English, ensuring proficiency in fundamental subjects.
- Passion for Special Education: Demonstrated commitment to supporting children with special educational needs, fostering their growth and development.
- Excellent Communication and Teamwork Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience working with children and/or adults who have additional needs.
Role:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to best support the needs of the pupils.
- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in an ever-changing environment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff alike.
- Maintain an awareness of safeguarding procedures and protocols.
- Assist in the preparation and tidying up of classrooms.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
