We are seeking two full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to join our expanding Partnership School. This role is based in Redbourn (AL3) or surrounding areas, and we require applicants to have access to a car or reliable public transport.
The Role:
- Full-time position, working in one of our partnership schools for five days a week during term time only, from 8:30am to 15:30pm.
- Start immediately or after suitable notice periods.
- Relevant professional or personal experience, with a well-established understanding of Special Educational Needs is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to students in their learning, development, and progress across all areas of the curriculum.
- Empower young people with various needs, such as PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism, to achieve their educational and personal goals.
- Foster an environment that promotes equality, diversity, and the rights of all students.
- Emphasise support and empowerment of young people.
- Develop a deeper understanding of Special Education issues and demonstrate the values of our client school.
- Deliver high-quality support in all aspects of the role.
- May be required to participate in physical intervention and personal care routines.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
