SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate in helping students with Special Educational Need? Would you like to help the next generation of SEN students reach their potential?

An exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant position has become available in the Oldham area. An ideal candidate for this role will be an approachable and confident individual with experience working with children of all abilities.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students who require further help in their studies. As this often includes SEN students, the ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge that would aid them with this position. This is a great opportunity to gain further skills and experience in a supportive and friendly environment with work available which fits your schedule. 

  • Earn between £85 and £100 a day!
  • Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for students with SEN.
  • Working in an Ofsted ‘good’ rated, modern Secondary School, successful applicants will be able to get started as soon as possible.
  • Successful applicants may be presented with the chance to make the position permanent in the new academic year.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
