SEN Teaching Assistant
Job description
Are you dedicated to supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Teaching Personnel are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of partnered schools in King's Lynn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs
- Assist in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff to enhance student well-being and academic progress
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience working with children or adults with SEMH needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Relevant qualifications or training in special education (preferred but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
