1:1 Support Assistant – Dorset

We are currently seeking a full-time **Support Assistant** to work closely with a KS1 student on a 1:1 basis within a respected primary school in the Dorset LEA. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a student’s daily school life and development, providing the crucial support they need to thrive.

Your Role:
As a 1:1 Support Assistant, you will be an essential part of the student's journey, helping them overcome challenges and achieve success in their academic and personal development. The role requires a strong, authoritative presence, and the ability to stay calm when managing challenging behavior. You will need to be a positive role model and develop a strong, supportive relationship with the student, guiding them toward regular improvements.
