As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and guidance to students with SEN, helping them to achieve their full potential and thrive in a nurturing learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
  • Assisting with the implementation of personalized education plans and behavior management strategies.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver effective educational and therapeutic interventions.
  • Supporting students with Autism

To be considered you need to:

  • Be a UK resident residing in the Bournemouth or Poole area 
  • Have a Visa to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
  • Have relevant work experience or be a recent student or graduate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
