We’ve recently opened a new educational site that provides a caring, adaptive environment designed especially for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related traits. This centre focuses on supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 students with personalized learning programs, including preparation for GCSEs.

Teaching Assistants: A Special Role to Make a Difference

If you have experience working with children and young people—especially those with diverse needs—consider joining us as a Teaching Assistant. In this role, you’ll support students from all backgrounds, helping them succeed academically and socially. You’ll focus on boosting confidence, independence, and social skills, while teaching important life skills, literacy, and math. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming, close-knit school community.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with students from different backgrounds, providing the support they need.
  • Develop and use strategies that encourage confidence, independence, and social skills.
  • Teach essential life skills alongside academic basics.
  • Create engaging activities to build a supportive peer community.
  • A driving license is needed for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
