Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Pay: Starting at £145 per day, with room to grow!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering Excellence: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to SEN/SEMH students across all age groups.
- Empowering Students: Create a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with teaching staff, support assistants, and families to promote positive outcomes.
- Adapting with Care: Use creative strategies to engage learners and help them overcome challenges.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience working with SEN/SEMH students (preferred but not mandatory).
Patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
Excellent communication and adaptability skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
