Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Position – Bournemouth

We are currently recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school in Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who require additional support in their learning journey, creating an inclusive and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for students with a range of SEN.
- Assess, plan, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Promote an inclusive, supportive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and track student progress, setting achievable goals.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other learning needs).
- A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team.
- A passion for creating an environment where all students can thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
