Job Title: Teaching Assistant for SEN Students
Location: Wokingham and surrounding areas
Salary: £85-£90 per day
Start Date: January

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to SEN students in various educational settings
- Assist classroom teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Foster a nurturing, safe environment that promotes student learning and growth
- Adapt educational strategies to meet the individual needs of students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN students is preferred
- A proactive, flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for education and supporting student development
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
