Position: SEN Secondary Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Plymouth and Surrounding Areas

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is seeking SEN Secondary Learning Support Assistants to work in schools across Plymouth, providing essential support to students who need extra help to reach their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working with students with special educational needs, such as Autism, ADHD, or physical disabilities
  • Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping young people achieve their best
  • Be flexible and adaptable to different school environments and individual student needs
  • Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role is desirable
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning, are a plus, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
