Salary: £165 - £265 per day

Are you a dedicated and experienced Lead ASD Teacher looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Join our comprehensive secondary school in Bromley, where you can play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)!
Responsibilities:
• Lead ASD Teacher Expertise: As the Lead ASD Teacher, bring your specialized skills and experience to lead and support students with ASD, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Innovative Teaching Approaches: Utilize innovative teaching methods and strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of students with ASD, promoting engagement and academic progress.
• Collaborative Support: Work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff to create a cohesive and supportive network for students with ASD.
• Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans, ensuring the specific needs of each student are met.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and support.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status: Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• ASD Specialization: Demonstrated expertise and experience in teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Inclusive Approach: Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
• Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating collaboration with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
• Child Protection: A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
