Salary: up to 95000, dependent on experience

The Role:
The SEN Headteacher will be the driving force behind the school's continued success. This individual will provide strategic leadership, champion the needs of students, and inspire staff to deliver the highest standards of teaching and care. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the school in line with its vision, ethos, and goals.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Working collaboratively with parents, carers, and stakeholders.
- Overseeing the development and delivery of tailored curriculums and therapies.
- Cultivating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
- Mentoring and developing a dedicated team of educators and support staff.
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a recognized teaching qualification and QTS/QTLS status.
- Have extensive experience in leadership roles within SEN education.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of SEN strategies, pedagogy, and statutory requirements.
- Possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Be a compassionate, visionary leader with a passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- Show a proven ability to manage resources effectively and lead sustainable growth.
Desirable Qualities:
- NPQH or equivalent leadership qualification.
- Experience in an independent school setting.
- Background in implementing innovative SEN programs or therapies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
