About this role: This role is located a short distance from Uxbridge Town Centre and offers the opportunity to support a group of older students within the school which specialises in supporting students with Social Emoptional and Mental Heath needs.  Within this role, candidates will be expected to deliver the current curriculum in a flexible and personalised manner – adapting to the needs of students and considering their education health plans and personal needs. With additional support from Teaching Assistant’s and other staff within the school community, this would be an ideal placement for candidates looking for to learn and apply on a day – to – day basis.

A successful candidate in this role will have the following:

- Qualified Teaching Status. 

- Expereince working with SEN / SEMH children. 

- Understanding of a variety of needs and the ability to enquire further about howbest to support a student. 

- Personalble and holistic approach to teaching. 

- Lesson planning and delivery skills.
