SEMH Teaching Assistant/Support Worker

As a Teaching Assistant/Support Worker, you will:
- Support students with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans.
- Provide emotional and behavioral support, helping students thrive.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Encourage independence and resilience in all aspects of student development.
About you:
- Empathy and Patience: A caring and understanding nature to connect with students.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not essential – training will be provided.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset to work effectively with staff and families.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or support work are advantageous.

- Competitive hourly rate of £12.90+ per hour depending on experience, qualifications and additional duties.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
