We are working with a partnered school, seeking a passionate Science Teacher this Autumn. This is a full-time position, in one of our Ofsted ‘good’ secondary schools based in Rochdale.
In this role you will be required to manage and support the department in all its needs and requirements. They are wanting the successful candidate to join their enthusiastic department, incorporating the school values in your daily role.
We are looking for a staff member who can create and deliver challenging yet informative programmes for students and to work as a part of the teaching team. You will be required to teach, plan and mark across KS3 and KS4.
Our highly rated school is based in Rochdale, and the successful candidate will join their outstanding team September 2024. CPD plans are also being incorporated within your role, to help you succeed.
Main duties:
- Ensure teaching and learning is evaluated and action plans produced are implemented
- Teach effectively ensuring students achieve the best possible outcome
- Remain up to date with national trends in science and implements developments in curriculum
- Provide a constant high quality and supportive learning experience for all pupils
