Job Title: Science Teacher needed for Supply
Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, High Wycombe
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Salary: £130 - £180 Per day
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Science Degree
Skills: Confident, Resilient
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons to students
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum and assessments
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Science Degree
Education:
A degree in Science and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience:
Prior experience teaching science subjects in a school setting is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Confidence in delivering science lessons
- Resilience in managing challenging classroom situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in education
Working Conditions:
- Temporary position with full-time hours
- Work within a school environment in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
- Collaborate with other teaching staff and school leadership

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
