Job Title: Science Teacher (SEN Environment)
Location: Walsall

About Us: we are dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are seeking a passionate and experienced Science Teacher to join our team and inspire our students through engaging and tailored science education.
Role Overview: As a Science Teacher, you will create and deliver customized science lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students. You will work closely with our SEN team to develop and implement individualized learning plans and foster an encouraging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons adapted for students with SEN.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with SEN staff.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science Education or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) and relevant experience.
- Experience working in a SEN environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
