Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with a secondary school based in Northamptonshire. The school also offer sixth form, ages of the pupils is 11-18 years. The school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Science teacher to join the Department. They are looking for a creative, passionate and energetic teacher who can work to strive to bring about rapid improvement to secure better progress for the learners.

The successful candidate will be joining an enthusiastic and supportive team, with a wide range of experience. At present, there are eight members of staff with a vast range of qualities and experiences. The Curriculum Leader is supported by a Key Stage Coordinator and two very supportive and able laboratory technicians. The school have nine fully equipped laboratories. All staff have their own individual laboratories which are on one floor level and close to the science prep room. All have promethean interactive smartboards. 

The school welcome applications from ECTs and run a highly supportive and successful ECT programme. We would welcome interest from unqualified candidates who would be interested in the opportunity of training with us. The school also have a strong track record of leadership development and succession planning for an ambitious candidate who is keen to progress to leadership in the future.

The school is based in Northamptonshire, located off Queensway. Parking will be available on site.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
