About the Role:
As a Science Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in Northampton, delivering dynamic and inspiring lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an early-career educator, you’ll play a key role in fostering a love for science and supporting student progress. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose short-term, long-term, or permanent placements based on your availability and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Science Across Key Stages: Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring concepts are accessible and stimulating for all students.
- Inspire Curiosity and Critical Thinking: Foster a classroom environment that encourages students to ask questions, think critically, and develop problem-solving skills.
- Differentiate Instruction: Tailor lesson plans and instructional methods to meet the diverse needs of learners, supporting both high-achievers and those needing extra guidance.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
