A highly reputable secondary school and sixth form in Cambridge is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science to join their permanent staff team from January 2025, or sooner if available.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, fostering a passion for Science while maintaining the school’s high academic standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive department within an outstanding school, renowned for its commitment to student success and staff development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A strong subject knowledge in Science (specialism in any area of Science welcome)
- Experience teaching Science at KS3, KS4, and KS5 is desirable
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student progress
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
