Exciting Opportunity Available!  Science Teacher Role in Bournemouth to start ASAP!

Are you an enthusiastic Science teacher ready to make a difference in students' lives? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join a well-managed and supportive Science department in one of our partnership Secondary Schools in Bournemouth. This role involves full teaching responsibilities, including planning and marking, and offers the flexibility to choose between an agency or permanent contract.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective general Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students. You will be expected to plan and assess lessons as part of your commitment to raising student achievement. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a school where teachers are highly satisfied with their roles and where the department is known for its strong management and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.

- Plan and mark lessons in line with the school's curriculum and standards.

- Engage and motivate students to achieve their best potential.

- Contribute to the ongoing success and development of the Science department.

-Attend staff meetings and parents evening throughout the academic year.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with recent experience in a Science-related teaching role.

- Experience in planning, teaching, and assessing the UK Science Curriculum up to GCSE level.

- Excellent classroom and workload management skills, as evidenced by strong references.

- Commitment to raising standards of learning, attitude, and attainment.

- Availability for an in-person interview at the school in Bournemouth.
