The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Science teachers to deliver engaging lessons that spark a love for learning. Whether your specialty is Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, you’ll have the opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students to reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality, interactive Science lessons.
- Inspiring students to explore and develop their scientific understanding.
- Assessing and monitoring student progress to ensure achievement.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
- Supporting schools with extracurricular activities, such as Science clubs or trips.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A strong subject knowledge in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Flexibility to work across schools in Bolton and Wigan.
Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
