Job Title: Class Teacher

Start Date: January 2025

A highly reputable, Ofsted-rated GOOD primary school in Buckinghamshire is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join its dedicated team from January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to contribute to a nurturing school environment where every child is encouraged to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and inspired to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
  • Promote positive behaviour management strategies that support a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
  • Actively contribute to the wider school community, including participation in extra-curricular activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • A proven track record of effective teaching, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt to the needs of individual learners.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, including up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
  • A willingness to contribute to the school’s inclusive and aspirational ethos.
