A highly reputable, Ofsted-rated GOOD primary school in Buckinghamshire is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join its dedicated team from January 2025. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and inspired to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
- Promote positive behaviour management strategies that support a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
- Actively contribute to the wider school community, including participation in extra-curricular activities and events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- A proven track record of effective teaching, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt to the needs of individual learners.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, including up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
- A willingness to contribute to the school’s inclusive and aspirational ethos.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
