**Your Responsibilities:**

- Offer personalized one-on-one or small group tutoring that meets each student's unique needs.
- Teach core subjects up to the GCSE level, adapting lessons to overcome challenges while focusing on students' strengths.
- Boost students' confidence and proficiency in key subjects such as English, Math, Science, and more.
- Build strong, positive relationships to foster an inclusive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
- Regularly track student progress and refine teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Bring:**

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience working with students.
- Expertise in teaching core subjects up to the GCSE level.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
- A patient, empathetic approach and a deep commitment to making a meaningful difference in students' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
