**Your Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide personalized one-on-one or small group tutoring that meets the unique needs of each student.
- Teach core subjects up to the GCSE level, crafting lessons that tackle challenges and highlight student strengths.
- Build students’ confidence and proficiency in key subjects like English, Math, Science, and more.

**What You’ll Need:**

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience working with students.
- Strong subject knowledge up to the GCSE level in core areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a deep commitment to making a lasting, positive impact on students' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
