Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – Wythenshawe (M22)

Are you a recent psychology graduate with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs?

 Are you adept at managing challenging behaviours and building strong, trusting relationships?

Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated psychology graduate to join our team at a mixed-age SEMH school in Wythenshawe. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing challenging behaviour in a supportive and constructive manner.
  • Building positive and trusting relationships with students to facilitate pupils’ emotional growth and wellbeing.
  • Utilising holistic techniques to address SEMH needs and promote positive outcomes for students.
  • Completion of Team Teach training, highly valuable to effectively support students.
