Job Title: Primary Tutor

Location:

East of England, Essex, Canvey Island

£20 - £30 Per hour

Job Duties:

  • Deliver high-quality primary education to students
  • Plan and execute engaging lessons according to the curriculum
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop individualised learning plans for students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in primary education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of primary education principles and practises
  • Proficient in using educational technology
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with special educational needs students

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a home environment
  • Potential for temporary contract renewal based on performance

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
