About the Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work across different schools, supporting children in primary settings. Your role will involve assisting teachers in the classroom, helping students with their learning, and creating a positive, inclusive environment. These flexible roles are designed to fit around your availability, offering both full-time and part-time positions.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals who are committed to the well-being and development of primary-aged children. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a school, educational, or care setting (however, we welcome applications from those with transferable skills from roles such as care or youth work).
- A friendly and patient approach, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in various primary school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in classroom activities and daily routines.
- Assisting individual pupils or small groups with learning tasks.
- Helping to maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Assisting with playtime supervision and other school activities as needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
