About the Role:
Are you a university student with an interest in teaching or working in education? Teaching Personnel is recruiting motivated individuals to support primary school classrooms in Exeter. This opportunity offers flexibility, hands-on experience, and the chance to develop essential skills for a future in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver interactive and exciting lessons.
- Help prepare materials and classroom resources for daily activities.
- Provide tailored support to small groups or individual students.
- Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt support accordingly.
- Observe and learn from experienced educators, gaining valuable insights into classroom dynamics.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
