Your Role as a Supply Teacher
As a supply teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school policies.
- Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Adapt to different schools, year groups, and student needs.
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
- Provide feedback to permanent staff about students’ progress.
What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- UK (essential) school experience
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- An up-to-date Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or be willing to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
