Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Primary Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive school community. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning for pupils within your designated class, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment that enables all children to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Tailor teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Plan and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school and support the school's overall development.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
- Proven experience teaching in a Primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A commitment to the holistic development of children and their well-being.
- A passion for teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire young minds.
Desirable:
- Experience with special educational needs (SEN) or knowledge of strategies for inclusive teaching.
- Leadership potential for future career development.
- An up-to-date understanding of current educational practices and legislation.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
