Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Primary Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive school community. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning for pupils within your designated class, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment that enables all children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Tailor teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Plan and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school and support the school's overall development.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
• Proven experience teaching in a Primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A commitment to the holistic development of children and their well-being.
• A passion for teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire young minds.

Desirable:

• Experience with special educational needs (SEN) or knowledge of strategies for inclusive teaching.
• Leadership potential for future career development.
• An up-to-date understanding of current educational practices and legislation.
