We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEMH Teacher to join our outstanding team in Southampton. As a SEMH Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and inspiring students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of an SEMH Teacher:
- Delivering engaging and tailored lessons to meet the needs of SEMH students.
- Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitoring student progress.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Implementing innovative teaching strategies to foster a love of learning.
As an SEMH Teacher in Southampton, you will have the following:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with SEMH students is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
