Job Description:

As a Teacher for All Key Stages, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students across different age groups.
  • Inspiring a love of learning by using innovative teaching methods and resources.
  • Monitoring student progress and using assessment data to inform instruction and support individual needs.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and ensure continuity of learning across key stages.
  • Supporting students’ social and emotional well-being, fostering resilience and self-confidence.
  • Engaging with parents, carers, and external stakeholders to promote student success and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching across multiple key stages.
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum for EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, and KS4.
  • Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
