Job Description:
As a Teacher for All Key Stages, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students across different age groups.
- Inspiring a love of learning by using innovative teaching methods and resources.
- Monitoring student progress and using assessment data to inform instruction and support individual needs.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and ensure continuity of learning across key stages.
- Supporting students’ social and emotional well-being, fostering resilience and self-confidence.
- Engaging with parents, carers, and external stakeholders to promote student success and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching across multiple key stages.
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum for EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, and KS4.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
