Position: Full-Time Primary School Teacher
Salary: Paid to Scale

The Role: As a Primary School Teacher placed through Teaching Personnel, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education across key stages. You will create a stimulating learning environment, engage students with diverse teaching methods, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and colleagues to support student development.
  • Participate in school events and contribute to the wider school community.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
