Teaching Personnel are working with an excellent primary school in OL10 to recruit for an Early Career Teacher from September 2024 to work with children in Key Stage 1 (KS1). This role is ideally to start the w/c 2nd September depending on availability until the end of the Autumn term (Friday 20th December). At the heart of the local community, this school provides a rich and varied curriculum and wonderful learning and enrichment opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom.

About this role:

As an Early Career Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering the curriculum and enhancing the learning experience for pupils. Your responsibilities will include:

-          Planning, preparing and delivering lessons under the guidance of a mentor/tutor.

-          Marking and assessing students’ work, supporting and guiding them to help them achieve their academic goals.

-          Managing classroom behaviour.

Requirements for this role:

-          Applicants must have a QTS.

-          An ambitious individual that is passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-          Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

-          Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure all children are happy and successful.

-          Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
