Year 3 Teacher – Maternity Cover (February 2025)
Location: Reading

Teaching Personnel are delighted to support a richly diverse and multicultural school in Reading in their search for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher. This is a maternity cover role, commencing in February 2025.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Demonstrate the ability to liaise effectively with fellow teachers, parents, and carers to provide the best possible support for pupils.
• Be skilled in adapting lesson planning collaboratively with a partner teacher.
• Actively participate in school meetings related to curriculum, progress, and attainment, contributing targets for improvement.
• Uphold and promote the school’s values and ethos by contributing to the development and implementation of policies, practices, and procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
