 Looking for flexible teaching work in Newcastle? Join Teaching Personnel and support schools starting this January!

The Role:

As a supply teacher with Teaching Personnel, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary or secondary schools across Newcastle. Your role will involve:

  • Delivering engaging lessons in the absence of the usual class teacher.
  • Following pre-prepared lesson plans or adapting as needed.
  • Supporting students in maintaining progress during teacher absences.
  • Building positive relationships with staff and pupils.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
