About the Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in guiding students through a crucial year of their primary journey, fostering their curiosity and growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons
  • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued
  • Assessing, tracking, and supporting each student’s progress
  • Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development and success

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or a strong passion for teaching at the primary level
  • Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare (DBS clearance required)
