The role will be full time, and you will be joining a team of teachers and teaching assistants who strive to maintain an enjoyable and positive learning environment for all. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to varying abilities and learning styles.
• Create a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
• Implement effective behavior management strategies to support a challenging class.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4.
• Strong understanding of the Welsh Curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative and adaptable approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
