Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess:
**Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary education qualifications.
**Experience working in a special educational needs environment, with a thorough understanding of various learning difficulties.
**Proven ability to differentiate and adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
**Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
