About the role:

Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher

Location: Dorset

Pay: £500-£650pw

Start Date: November 2024

Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm

Details about the Role:

Here at Teaching Personnel, we are currently looking to recruit Primary Supply Teacher in Bournemouth, Dorset. The ideal candidate needs to be able to teach a range of age groups and subjects. The right candidate will have responsibility such as high standards of professionalism, learning and supporting children’s needs and delivering quality teaching across all subjects.

Key Responsibilities:     

  • Maintaining a positive learning environment and providing classroom discipline.
  • Providing pupils students with necessary feedback, support and encouragement.
  • Having confidence in being able to cover a variety of subjects at KS1 and 2.
  • Able to support children with SEN and disabilities.
  • Being able to complete all essential tasks such as, administration task, providing feedback and marking where necessary.
  • Complyingto the school’s policies and procedures.

The role with entail:

The main roles and responsibilities will be coming classes in the absence of the classes’ teacher. Majority of lessons will be pre prepared, therefore you will need to just develop the task prepared. Being about the adapt to all types of different subjects is key. Being able to build positive and professional relationships with students and colleagues within the workplace is very important.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status UK (QTS) or similar qualification.
  • Having confidence in providing Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 efficiently.
  • Being able to provide effective management within the classroom.
  • Providing a positive environment for children’s development and a sustainable learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
