Role Overview:

With our expanding network of client schools in Boston, and the surrounding areas, we are seeking talented Primary Teachers to provide flexible supply cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. The Role:

  • Your workdays will vary, offering a dynamic and engaging experience. While most assignments will be pre-booked, you may need to be available for morning bookings between 7 and 9 am.
  • You’ll be required to bring a bank of resources for all year groups and adapt to the policies of each school.
  • Responsibilities include marking children’s work, leaving handover notes, and ensuring a smooth transition for the returning class teacher.
  • Opportunities may arise for longer-term placements based on your performance and preferences, or we can assist you in finding a new role should your circumstances change.
