Primary School Teacher – Supply Cover (NG1)

Location: NG1, Nottingham
Position Type: Flexible Supply/Temporary
Salary: £130-£160 per day (DOE)

Are you a passionate primary school teacher looking to inspire young learners in the heart of Nottingham? We are seeking a flexible and dedicated teacher to join our supply team for short-term and long-term cover assignments in the NG1 area. You will work in supportive school environments, teaching children across a range of year groups with engaging lesson plans and fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Engage and motivate students, adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behavior effectively.
  • Mark and assess student work as required.
  • Support school-wide initiatives and work closely with other staff members.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Proven experience in a primary school setting.
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
