P.E. Teaching Assistant Opportunity
Our client school is seeking enthusiastic Physical Education Teaching Assistants to join their team immediately. This role has arisen due to an increase in pupil numbers and offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic secondary school environment.
Key Details:
- Full-time P.E. Teaching Assistant role
- Daily pay rate: £85–£100, depending on experience
- Ideal for individuals considering a teaching career or planning to enroll in a PGCE or similar course
- Located near the M61 motorway with direct access to central Manchester
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting in setting up and supporting P.E. lessons alongside the teacher
- Helping with warm-ups and running activities
- Leading parts of lessons or supervising activities when required
- Motivating and inspiring students to engage in physical activities
Requirements:
- A keen interest in physical education and a passion for motivating students
- Previous experience in a secondary school is preferred but not essential
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
