Are you a psychology graduate looking to make a positive impact in education? Do you have a passion for supporting the emotional and mental well-being of students? we are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pastoral Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional and pastoral support to students.
- Work closely with students to help them overcome barriers to learning.
- Assist in creating a positive and nurturing environment for all students.
- Support students with their social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student well-being is prioritized.
Requirements
- A degree in Psychology (or related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for student welfare.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy school environment.
- Some experience working in a school or with young people
